What: Nature Walk

Where: Edith G. Read Wildlife Sanctuary, 1 Playland Pkwy, Rye, NY 10580.

When: Saturday, April 30 2022 (5:45pm – 7:15pm) [The group will aim to leave at 5:50pm sharp, so please aim to be early if you are not familiar with this location.]

Directions: From I-95, Northbound or Southbound take Exit 19 (Playland Parkway) to Playland. Take the LEFT lane at the ticket booths at Playland’s main entrance and go pass the yellow automatic gate (which should not be down, since Playland opens May 1st). Continue driving to the back right side of the main parking lot by the Dragon Coaster ride (grey structure with dragon on top). You’ll see another automatic gate (which should not be down). Continue straight down the road into the sanctuary. There is a parking area in front of the nature center. Note: Please do not park on the grassy areas. If no parking available, please drive back out and park at the kayak launch area. Sorry, no pets allowed.
